SPG10 PRO
The new controller was developed by Elmed GmbH, to optimize plant protection and increase efficiency.
The technology: The new control consists of:
- a compact control module with large illuminated LCD display and touch-screen operation.
- a pressure sensor that measures the working pressure.
- Quick-acting high-pressure solenoid valves for opening and closing nozzles (50bar).
- an electrical pressure regulator (50bar).
- a filling level sensor, which measures the tank content with the highest precision.
- a speed sensor for measuring the effective driving speed on the sprayer.
Optional:
- a flow sensor that continuously measures the exact output of the nozzles.
- a software for PC
The function in manual operation: In this function, the on-board computer becomes a normal electrical control for opening and closing the nozzles, as well as for electrical pressure adjustment.
The function in semi-automatic mode: The programmed working pressure is always kept constant by the on-board computer even in changing situations by means of control of the electrical pressure regulator. (E.g., opening / closing nozzles).
The function in fully automated operation: Based on the selected data and the effective, automatically readable driving speed, the on-board computer calculates the correct spraying quantity, which it automatically sets by means of a pressure regulator. The output quantity continuously adapts to the changing driving speed so that the selected output quantity (l / ha) is exactly maintained.
Programming on the PC:
- One-time entry of all the properties to be processed with all data relevant to spraying.
- One-time entry of all required, approved plant protection agents with max. permitted doses per hectolitre, per hectare, their waiting periods and further information.
Creation of spray program:
- Selection of the area and the active substances to be applied
- Enter the desired concentration or discharge volume / ha and driving speed
- Now the program automatically proposes the ideal nozzle size and calculates the necessary working pressure. These data can thus be transferred to the control unit of the spraying unit at the click of a mouse.
- Spray programs can also be created independently of the PC on the sprayer itself or on the control module.
Display functions: The following data is displayed on the large LCD display:
- Working pressure
- Tank content
- Driving speed (km/h)
- Output amount (l/min)
- Total sprayed quantity
- Application rate (l/ha)
- Total area processed (ha)
- Information about the property and active substance
Advantages:
- Simple and clear operation.
- Constant display of all important spray data.
- Recording of all effective IST data.
- No annoying calculation of the working pressure.
- An audible signal is issued if the ideal pressure and the driving speed are exceeded or exceeded.
- Also an acoustic signal for nozzle blockage.
- Large memory for 10,000 spray programs and many more.
- Only one-time programming, reuse.
- Always exact output, no residual quantities (cost-saving and environmentally friendly).
- When filling the spraying device, the required data such as filling quantity, active substance and dosage can be queried.
