As part of the operation, the construction of a new website with an advanced configurator, a module for the extension of the machine warranty and the computer of spray consumption, the upgrade of the ERP system with the electronic service ledger module, the implementation of the bar/QR scanner for real-time editing of the stock database, the development of a new business model for ordering spare parts and the implementation of IOTs platform and sensors in the production for temperature measurement, moisture and air pressure. It is planned to address the identified deficiencies from the safety test and train all employees. The necessary hardware will be purchased.

The main objectives are:

- Raising the digital competences of employees

- Automate personal interaction with customer in sales and after-sales process

- Faster and simpler service of the supply of spare parts

- Faster development of a new product

- Reduction of paper business

- Increase systematic data collection and improve data analytics

- Improved cybersecurity

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, in the amount of EUR 99,894.
